摘  要:垃圾土成分复杂,级配不良,一般不作为路基填料。但垃圾土占用大量空地存放,污染环境,已成为城市一大公害。为了研究垃圾土体填筑路基的可行性以及固化剂对垃圾土体路用特性的影响,综合采用室内和原位试验研究了垃圾土的路用特性。首先,实测了垃圾土的成分和基本物理性质指标;同时,在室内开展了基于颗粒级配和固化剂掺量的大型直剪试验,进行了不同固化剂掺量的击实试验和CBR试验。在此基础上,设计并实施了垃圾土路基足尺原位试验,实测了垃圾土路基施工期及工后的应力发展规律。研究结果表明,垃圾土颗粒级配和固化剂掺量对抗剪强度有较明显的影响。随着垃圾土d80的增加,黏聚力大小基本一致,内摩擦角增加明显,且垃圾土体粒径越大对内摩擦角影响越显著;掺入固化剂能够显著增加垃圾土的黏聚力、CBR值和最优含水率,但会减小垃圾土的最大干密度。原位试验结果表明,采用掺入固化剂的方式可使垃圾土路基稳定快、整体性好。该文研究成果可为垃圾土填筑路基工程提供参考。The municipal solid waste is complex in composition and poor in gradation,which is generally not used as a roadbed filler,but the garbage soil occupies a large amount of open space for storage and pollute the environment,which has become a major public tough issue in the city.In order to study the feasibility of filling the roadbed with municipal solid waste and the influence of curing agent on the road characteristics of the municipal solid waste,the road characteristics of the waste soil are studied by indoor and in-situ experiments.Firstly,the composition and basic physical properties of the municipal solid waste are measured.At the same time,a large direct shear test based on the particle size and curingagent dosage is carried out indoors,and the compaction test and CBR test of different curing agent dosages are carried out.On this basis,the in-situ test of the municipal solid waste roadbed is designed and implemented,and the stress development law of the construction and post-construction of the refuse soil roadbed is measured.The results show that the particle size gradation of the municipal solid waste and the amount of curing agent have a significant influence on the shear strength.With the increase of d80in the municipal solid waste,the cohesive force is basically the same,the internal friction angle increases obviously,and the larger the particle size of the rubbish soil,the more significant the effect on the internal friction angle.The incorporation of curing agent can significantly increase the cohesion,CBR value and optimum moisture content of the municipal solid waste,but it will reduce the maximum dry density of the municipal solid waste.The in-situ test results show that the method of incorporating the curing agent makes the municipal solid waste roadbed stable and has good integrity.The research results in this paper can provide reference for the construction of roadbed for waste soil.
