摘 要:为准确评定装配式空心板梁桥加固前后的承载能力与工作性能,检验几种加固方法的加固效果,以3座预应力混凝土简支空心板梁桥为对象,根据病害情况分别采用“碳纤维筋喷浆补强法、结构简支变连续法、更换梁板法”进行加固处治;建立桥梁有限元模型,在桥梁加固前、后分别进行静载试验测试,通过对试验结果的对比分析,对桥梁结构的承载能力和工作性能进行了评定,对3种加固方法的加固效果进行了定量分析及评价。结果表明,3种加固方法中更换梁板法加固效果最优,桥梁上部结构横向连接工作状况及纵、横向整体受力性能显著改善,承载能力安全储备显著提高。In order to accurately evaluate the load-bearing capacity and working performance of assembled hollow slab bridge before and after strengthening,and test the strengthening effect of several strengthening methods,in the paper three pre-stressed concrete simply supported hollow slab bridges are taken as object,and strengthening treatment is carried out respectively by the methods of CFRP bars grouting strengthening method,changing structural system from simply supported to continuous method and replacing beam-slab method according to their defects.The finite element models of the three bridges are established,static load test and the comparative analysis of test results are carried out before and after strengthening.The load-bearing capacity and working performance of bridge structure are evaluated,and the strengthening effect of three strengthening methods is quantitatively analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the effect of replacing beam-slab method is the best among three strengthening methods.The working condition of horizontal connection of bridge superstructure,the longitudinal and horizontal mechanical performance and the safety reserve of load-bearing capacity are improved remarkably.
