摘 要:衡阳市东洲湘江大桥是目前国内单箱梁体最宽的单索面矮塔斜拉桥。为满足深水基础施工要求,结合主墩承台水文地质情况,选取常用围堰结构的使用情况和结构特点进行针对性的选型分析,决定采用双壁钢围堰结构形式。采取不同的封底厚度和施工工序,对双壁钢围堰进行受力分析,采用Revit软件对双壁钢围堰进行建模,经深化设计、施工模拟等过程,选出了最优良和经济的围堰施工方案(围堰高14m,封底厚度2m),并成功用于东洲湘江大桥,缩短工期25d。经实践检验,运用BIM技术可以提高施工质量、降低成本,为今后类似工程中的双壁钢围堰设计优化提供了很好的借鉴意义。The Dongzhou Xiangjiang Bridge in Hengyang City is an extradosed cable-stayed bridge with single cable-plane which is featured as the widest single-box girder in China.In order to meet the requirements of foundation construction in deep water,combined with the hydrogeological conditions of the main pier cap,the commonly used cofferdam structure is selected and analyzed,and the double-wall steel cofferdam structure is adopted.The double-walled steel cofferdam is analyzed by different thickness and construction procedure.The model of double-walled steel cofferdam is built by Revit software.Through detailed design and construction simulation,the best and economical cofferdam construction scheme(cofferdam height 14 meters,bottom sealing thickness 2 meters)is selected and successfully applied to the Dongzhou Xiangjiang Bridge,which has shorten the construction period by 25days.Practice shows that BIM technology can improve construction quality and reduce cost,which provides good reference for the design optimization of double-wall steel cofferdam in similar projects in the future.
