摘　　要：1.国内外研究现状。按照国际通行标准,将基本生活不能自理的老人称为失能老人。关于失能老人的医养护理更成为一个棘手的问题。虽然近年来我国养老模式在不断完善健全,老年医养产品逐渐丰富,而以U-home家庭智能化为核心的辅助医养空间还不多。对于失能老人而言,他们的生活几乎时刻需要依赖介护人员,家庭护理成为他们的最佳选择。With the intensification of population aging and the growth of population life expectancy,the issue of elderly care has become a focus of attention from all walks of life.Based on the special needs of home care for the disabled elderly,this paper studies the interior renovation and design of the disabled elderly care space based on U-home family intelligence.The research content includes,firstly,the intelligent design of the U-home technology results in combination with the life needs of the disabled elderly;secondly,the indoor space function with both the care recipient and the caregiver as the main design layout research;and thirdly,the interior barrier-free design research.
