摘  要:采用酶联免疫法测定相同环境条件下56份有色稻和33份无色稻糙米中6种B族维生素含量。结果表明,除VB7外,其他5种B族维生素含量在有色稻米和无色稻米间差异显著,有色稻米显著高于无色稻米,其含量依次为VB6>VB1>VB9>VB5>VB3>VB7;分析4种不同种皮颜色稻米6种B族维生素含量,发现VB1、VB5、VB6和VB9含量在不同种皮颜色稻米间差异显著,VB3和VB7含量在不同种皮颜色稻米间差异不显著。Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the contents of six B vitamins in 56 colored rices and 33 colorless brown rices.The results showed that except VB7,the contents of other five B vitamins were significantly different between colored rice and colorless rice,and colored rice was significantly higher than that of colorless rice,and the six B vitamins concentrations in brown rice was VB6>VB1>VB9>VB5>VB3>VB7.The contents of six B vitamins in four different seed coat colors were analyzed,which was found that the contents of VB1,VB5,VB6 and VB9 were significantly different among different seed coat colors,while the contents of VB3 and VB7 were not significantly different among different seed coat colors.
