摘 要:水泥生料配比控制是水泥生产中最重要的环节之一。水泥生产过程中,原料成分不断波动,水泥工艺学教科书上所介绍的生料配料计算方法不能用于生料配比控制的计算。建立生料配比与生料率值的函数关系式,给率值一个增量,相应可得到生料配比的增量,用此配比的增量校正生料配比,即可有效消除出磨生料率值的波动。实践和理论均证明,生料配比反馈校正计算方法简单可靠、误差小,可满足水泥生料配比控制的要求。Cement raw material ratio control is one of the most important links in cement production.In the process of cement production,the raw material composition fluctuates constantly,so the calculation method of raw material ingredient introduced in the textbook of cement technology cannot be used in the calculation of raw material ratio control.The function equation of raw material ratio and raw material ratio value is established.The increment of raw material ratio can be obtained with an increment of the feed ratio.The fluctuation of raw material ratio value can be effectively eliminated by correcting the increment of this ratio.Both practice and theory have proved that the feedback correction calculation method of raw material ratio is simple and reliable with small error,which can meet the requirement of cement raw material ratio control.
