乌司他丁联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射剂治疗重症肺部感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究乌司他丁联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射剂治疗重症肺部感染的有效性。方法选取2017年1月~2019年11月我院收治的重症肺部感染患者96例作为研究,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组给予单独头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、IL-6和中性粒细胞水平及胸片检查恢复正常时间、血象恢复正常时间和体温恢复正常时间以及肺部啰音消失时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);研究组IL-6和中性粒细胞水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组胸片检查恢复时间、血象恢复正常时间和体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间等各项指标恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射剂治疗重症肺部感染患者疗效确切,可有效降低患者机体的IL-6和中性粒细胞水平,缩短各指标的恢复时间。Objective To explore the effectiveness of ulinastatin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 96 patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection alone,and the study group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,IL-6 and neutrophil levels,chest X-ray examination and return to normal time and blood picture were compared between the two groups time to return to normal,time to return to normal body temperature,and time to disappear of rales in the lungs.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and neutrophils in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The recovery time of chest X-ray examination,the time to return to normal blood picture,the time to return to normal body temperature,and the time to disappear of lung rales in the group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection had a definite effect in the treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection.It could effectively reduce the levels of IL-6 and neutrophils in the patient's body and shorten the recovery time of various indicators.
