喜炎平联合更昔洛韦在儿童流行性腮腺炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月~2019年10月我院诊治的174例儿童流行性腮腺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各87例。对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用喜炎平注射治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状(发热、头痛、咽痛、腮腺肿大)消退时间、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及临床不良反应发生情况比较。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.25%,高于对照组的82.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、头痛、咽痛、腮腺肿大消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组炎症因子水平CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.89%与对照组9.19%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎总有效率高,临床症状消退快速,炎症反应减轻,且不增加不良反应发生几率,应用安全。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of epidemic parotiditis in children.Methods A total of 174 children with epidemic parotiditis in children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 87 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared with the total effective rate of clinical treatment,clinical symptoms(fever,headache,sore throat,parotid gland swelling)subsidence time,inflammation comparison of the levels of factor[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.25%,which was higher than 82.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a shorter time for fever,headache,sore throat,and parotid gland swelling than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.89%compared with 9.19%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children with epidemic parotiditis had a high overall effective rate,rapid clinical symptom resolution,reduced inflammation,and did not increase the probability of adverse reactions.It was safe to use.
