摘 要:目的探讨数字钼靶X线摄影在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年2月~2019年6月于佳木斯市中心医院接受诊疗的85例乳腺肿块患者临床资料,所有入选者均接受数字钼靶X线摄影检查,以手术病理诊断结果为标准,分析数字钼靶X线摄影在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块中的应用价值。结果数字钼靶X线摄影鉴别良恶性肿瘤的灵敏度为94.20%,特异度为87.50%,诊断准确度为92.94%;数字钼靶X线摄影征象显示良性肿块形状光整、类圆形,边缘部分光整占比高于恶性肿块,形状不规则形,边缘毛刺占比低于恶性肿块(P<0.05);数字钼靶X线摄影征象显示良性肿块形状分叶状,边缘模糊、毛糙占比与恶性肿块相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字钼靶X线摄影在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块中具有较高诊断价值,可清晰显示肿瘤形状及边缘情况,进而为临床诊断提供有效依据。Objective To investigate the value of digital molybdenum target X lineography in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 85 patients with breast masses who were diagnosed and treated in Jiamusi Central Hospital from February 2018 to June 2019.All candidates were examined by digital mammography X,based on the results of surgical pathological diagnosis,analyze the value of digital molybdenum target X lineography in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses.Results The sensitivity of digital mammography to distinguish benign and malignant tumors was 94.20%,the specificity was 87.50%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 92.94%.The digital mammography signs showed that the shape of benign masses is smooth and round,and the edges were light.The overall proportion was higher than that of malignant masses,irregular shapes,and the proportion of edge burrs was lower than that of malignant masses(P<0.05);The digital molybdenum target X lineography showed that the shape of benign mass was lobulated,the margin was blurred,and the proportion of rough was not significantly different from that of malignant mass(P>0.05).Conclusion Digital molybdenum target X lineography had high diagnostic value in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses,which could clearly display the shape and edge of the tumor and provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis.
