摘 要:目的了解产后返岗护士工作适应障碍的影响因素,为管理者制定管理措施提供参考依据。方法于2020年3~5月采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对我院14名产后返岗护士进行半结构式面对面深度访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈结果进行整理。结果分析产后返岗护士工作适应障碍,共提炼出4个主题,分别为工作家庭冲突、缺乏返岗培训、自我效能感低下、返岗适应能力不足。结论产后返岗护士工作适应障碍与工作家庭冲突、缺乏返岗培训、自我效能感低下、返岗适应能力不足有关,护理管理者应给予重视,并采取有效干预,帮助其提高返岗适应水平。Objective To understand the influencing factors of the work adaptation barriers of returning nurses after childbirth,to provide a reference for managers to formulate management measures.Methods From March to May 2020,the phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were used to conduct semi-structured face-to-face in-depth interviews with 14 nurses returning to work after childbirth in our hospital,and the results of the interviews were sorted using Colaizzi analysis.Results Analysis of postpartum return-to-duty nurses'work adaptation barriers were extracted.4 themes were extracted,namely,work-family conflict,lack of return-to-work training,low self-efficacy,and insufficient return-to-work adaptability.Conclusion The work adaptation barriers of returning nurses after childbirth were related to work-family conflicts,lack of returning training,low self-efficacy,and insufficient return-to-work adaptability.Nursing managers should pay attention to them and take effective interventions to help them improve their return-to-work adaptability.
