摘 要:针对飞行器设备舱内外耦合热效应问题,采用三维内外耦合防热结构设计软件3Ddesign进行了飞行器设备舱换热数值模拟研究,获得了辐射热流功率、舱体厚度与热源布置位置对设备舱温度分布的影响规律。计算结果表明:随着辐射热流功率的增大,舱体外壳温度越高,舱内仪器温升越明显;随着舱体厚度的增大,舱体外壳温度越低,舱内仪器温升不明显;在不同运行时间内,内部热源与外部辐射热流在耦合热效应中影响程度不同,且热源与其他模块的相对位置与遮挡情况同样会改变舱内耦合热效应情况。在分析规律后提出模拟设备舱优化参数,经测试能达到正常工作温度范围,可为设备舱防热结构的初始外形设计提供数据支撑。To solve the problem of coupling thermal effect inside and outside the cabin of aircraft equipment,3Ddesign was used to simulate the heat transfer in the cabin of aircraft equipment,and the effects of radiant heat flow power,cabin thickness and heat source location were obtained.The results show that the radiation heat flow power is in direct proportion to the cabin temperature,the cabin thickness is in inverse proportion to the cabin temperature,and the instruments in the cabin do not show obvious temperature rise.In different operating times,the internal heat source and the external radiant heat flow have different degrees of influence on the coupling thermal effect.In addition,the relative position and shielding of the heat source and other modules will also change the coupling thermal effect.After the analysis of the rules,the optimization parameters of the simulation equipment cabin are provided,which can meet the requirements of the working conditions after the test.It has important value for the initial design and temperature field prediction of the aircraft equipment cabin,and provides data support for the initial configuration design of the thermal protection structure of the equipment cabin.
