摘 要:研究了石膏掺量对碱矿渣水泥砂浆流动性、力学性能、干缩及水化性能的影响。结果表明,掺入1%~5%的石膏,碱激发矿渣水泥砂浆的流动度下降;石膏掺量在2%以内时,可提高砂浆的强度,但当掺量超过2%后,强度开始下降;石膏掺量在1%~5%范围内递增时,砂浆的干缩率随之降低。交流阻抗谱分析表明,在碱矿渣砂浆中掺入1%~5%的石膏时,Nyquist图形从30 min^1 d的非Randles图形逐渐过渡到3~28 d的准Randles曲线,表明砂浆内部的电化学反应与其水化反应相匹配,交流阻抗参数R1、R2在3 d后随着石膏掺量增大而增大,表明石膏在一定程度上促进了砂浆的水化。The influence of gypsum content on liquidity,mechanical properties,drying shrinkage and hydration properties of alkali-activated slag cement(AAC)mortar is investigated.The results show that the fluidity of AAC mortar was decreased with the increasing of gypsum content within 1%~5%.When gypsum content is less than 2%,the strength of AAC mortar is improved.However,the strength is decreased when gypsum content is more than 2%.When the content of gypsum increases in the range of 1%~5%,the shrinkage of AAC mortar decreases accordingly.The AC impedance spectroscopy analysis indicated that,when 1%~5%gypsum is added into AAC mortar,Nyquist diagrams were transformed from non-Randles model of 30 min^1 d to quasi-Randles model of 3~28 d.This indicates that the electrochemical reaction inside the AAC mortar matches its hydration reaction.The AC impedance parameters R1 and R2 increase with the increase of gypsum content after 3 d.The addition of gypsum would promote the hydration of mortar to some extent.
