摘 要:通过提取杏仁皮中有效成分来制备栲胶,对杏仁皮栲胶(AE)进行指标测定,将其与3种金属盐进行结合鞣制实验,并对栲胶与金属盐最佳用量进行优化。结果表明,杏仁皮栲胶中单宁含量为48.63%;在AE栲胶与金属盐结合鞣工艺中,AE栲胶的最佳用量为16%,最适合与AE栲胶结合鞣制的金属盐为铝盐,铝盐最佳用量为8%。在此条件下,坯革收缩温度为108.3℃,增厚率为87.72%,抗张强度为10.80 N/mm^2,撕裂强度为36.72 N/mm,断裂伸长率为86.86%;与市售栲胶的结合鞣性能相比不分伯仲。The tannin extracts was prepared by extracting the active ingredients from the almond skin,and the index of the almond skin extracts(AE)was determined.The test was combined with several metal salts,and the optimal dosage of tannin extracts and metal salt was optimized.The results showed that the content of tannin in almond skin extracts was 48.63%.In the process of combining AE and metal salt,the optimum dosage of AE was 16%.The most suitable metal salt for the combination with AE is aluminum salt.The optimum amount of aluminum salt is 8%.Under this condition,the shrinkage temperature of the crust leather was 108.3℃,the thickening rate was 87.72%,the tensile strength was 10.80 N/mm^2,the tear strength was 36.72 N/mm,and the elongation at break was 86.86%;compared with commercial tannin extracts,combined tanning properties of AE were comparable.
