摘 要:通过凹凸棒黏土负载TiO2-Fe3O4制备了TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP吸附剂,进行了P(Ⅴ)的静态吸附和脱附实验,对其动力学和热力学参数进行了研究。通过SEM对凹凸棒黏土负载纳米TiO2-Fe3O4前后结构进行了表征,考察了物料配比及吸附时间、pH值、温度、投加量和初始浓度对P(Ⅴ)吸附率的影响。结果表明,3/4负载TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP吸附剂对P(Ⅴ)有良好的吸附作用,当吸附剂质量为0.6 g,P(Ⅴ)离子初始浓度0.6 mg/L时,pH为8左右,温度20℃,吸附剂对P(Ⅴ)的吸附率为92.9%。吸附过程为准二级动力学,吸附类型与Freundlich吸附模型一致。TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP吸附剂在循环使用4次后,吸附率仍能达到77%以上。A TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP adsorbent was prepared by using attapulgite clay to load TiO2-Fe3O4.The static adsorption and desorption experiments of P(Ⅴ)were carried out.The attapulgite clay loaded with nano-TiO2-Fe3O4 was characterization by SEM.The front and back structures were characterized.The effects of material ratio,adsorption time,pH value,temperature,dosage and initial concentration on P(Ⅴ)adsorption rate were investigated.The results show that the 3/4 supported TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP adsorbent has a good adsorption effect on P(Ⅴ).When the adsorbent mass is 0.6 g and the initial concentration of P(Ⅴ)ion is 0.6 mg/L,the pH is about 8.At a temperature of 20℃,the adsorption rate of the adsorbent to P(Ⅴ)was 92.9%.The adsorption process is quasi-second-order kinetics,and the adsorption type is consistent with the Freundlich adsorption model.After the nano-TiO2-Fe3O4-ATP adsorbent is loaded for 4 times,the adsorption rate can still reach 77%or more.
