摘 要:以拟薄水铝石为前驱体,经高温焙烧得到γ-Al2O3载体,利用Ce、La、Zr助剂对载体进行改性,然后采用等体积浸渍法制备CuO-CeO2/MOx-Al2O3催化剂,通过N2-吸附脱附、SEM、H2-TPR、CO氧化活性评价等方法,考察助剂种类以及添加量对催化剂结构及催化CO氧化性能的影响。结果表明,以CeO2为助剂,且添加量为15%(即mCeO2/mγ-Al2O3=15%)时,CuO-CeO2/CeO2-Al2O3催化剂具有较高的分散度,较多的表面CuO物种,较好的氧化还原性能,进而提高了催化CO氧化性能。在反应温度为100℃,反应压力为常压,气相体积空速为2000 h^-1,原料气中CO含量为3%的条件下,CuO-CeO2/CeO2-Al2O3催化剂上CO转化率达47.4%。Ce,La and Zr were used as the promoters forγ-Al2O3 support prepared by the calcination of pseudoboehmite at 750℃for 6 h.CuO-CeO2/MOx-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method.The influences of the promoter type and promoter content for catalyst structure and CO conversion were investigated by CO catalytic activity test,N2 absorption-desorption,H2-TPR and SEM techniques.The influence of promoter species and add the amount on catalyst CO oxidation performance were investigated.The results revealed that with the CeO2 promoter content of 15%(mCeO2/mγ-Al2O3=15%),CuO-CeO2/CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst showed a higher dispersion of CuO particles,more CuO species and better reduction property,thus it exhibited the high catalytic performance in the carbon monoxide oxidation.Under the reaction conditions:3%CO+3%O2+94%N2,100℃,atmospheric pressure,GHSV of 2000 h^-1,the CO conversion on CuO-CeO2/CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst could reach 47.4%.
