摘 要:为了研究超支化复合聚合物溶液流变性能,扩大其在驱油领域的应用,通过阳离子超支化聚酰胺胺(HMC)与四元共聚物P(AA/AM/AMPS/MMA)制备了复配体系溶液(PA-MC)。结果表明,当聚合物浓度为2000 mg/L时,HMC最佳加量为30 mg/L,PA-MC表观黏度为560.3 mPa·s;在120℃、7.34 s^-1下,PA-MC表观黏度为165.6 mPa·s;在70℃下老化60 d后,黏度为274.2 mPa·s,黏度保留率为54.1%,且其微观形貌没有明显变化;在10000 mg/L NaCl、1500 mg/L MgCl2和1500 mg/L CaCl2中,PA-MC表观黏度分别为26.4,24.5,26.3 mPa·s,优于HPAM的16.5,14.5,16.3 mPa·s。另外,岩心驱替实验表明PA-MC具有较好的驱油性能,可以用作提高采收率的聚合物驱油剂。In order to study the rheological properties of hyperbranched composite polymer solution and expand its application in enhanced oil recovery(EOR),a compound system solution(PA-MC)was prepared by cationic hyperbranched polyamide amine(HMC)and quaternary copolymer P(AA/AM/AMPS/MMA).The results showed that when the polymer concentration was 2000 mg/L,the optimal concentration of HMC was 30 mg/L,and the maximum apparent viscosity of the composite system was 560.3 mPa·s.When the shear rate was 7.34 s^-1 at 120℃,the viscosity of the polymer composite system solution was 165.6 mPa·s;after 60 d aging at 70℃,the viscosity was 274.2 mPa·s and the retention rate of viscosity was 54.1%.In the solution of 10000 mg/L NaCl,1500 mg/L MgCl2 and 1500 mg/L CaCl2,the apparent viscosity of the composite solution was 26.4,24.5,26.3 mPa·s,respectively,which was better than the 16.4,14.5,16.3 mPa·s of HPAM.In addition,the core flooding experiments of the polymer showed that the PA-MC had an excellent oil displacement effect,and could be used as a polymer flooding agent for EOR.
