摘  要:超临界火电机组锅炉的承压部件在运行期间长期经受高温高压、腐蚀磨损等极端条件的考验,容易失效;承压部件损伤失效,将会产生安全隐患、甚至危及人身安全,影响企业的正常生产和运营。该文从锅炉承压部件因原材料、磨损、管壁过热、管道腐蚀、膨胀受阻等原因进行分析,探讨了锅炉建设、管理制度、安全意识以及定期排查等角度预防锅炉承压部件损伤的措施。The pressure-bearing parts of the boiler of the supercritical thermal power unit are subject to extreme conditions such as high temperature,high pressure,corrosion and wear during operation for a long time,and are prone to failure;damage and failure of the pressure-bearing parts will cause hidden safety hazards,even endanger personal safety,affecting the company Normal production and operation.This paper analyzes the boiler pressure components due to raw materials,wear,tube wall overheating,pipeline corrosion,expansion obstruction and other reasons,and discusses measures to prevent boiler pressure component damage from boiler construction,management systems,safety awareness,and regular inspections.
