摘　　要：目的通过研究筛选近5年以来治疗小儿秋季腹泻体外有效的中药制剂和合成药物,总结治疗小儿秋季腹泻药物体外药效评价方法和药物,对临床治疗进行帮助指导。方法查阅大量文献,对治疗小儿秋季腹泻的各种中药制剂和合成药物、轮状病毒疫苗体外药效评价方法进行归纳总结。结果筛选汇总治疗小儿秋季腹泻药物体外药效评价更有效的方法。结论为临床快速治疗小儿秋季腹泻、抑制轮状病毒感染提供有力参考依据。Purpose Through the research and selection of effective Chinese medicine and synthetic drugs in vitro for the treatment of children’s autumn diarrhea in recent 5 years,the evaluation methods and drugs in vitro for the treatment of children’s autumn diarrhea were summarized to help guide the clinical treatment.Method A large number of literatures were consulted to summarize the evaluation methods of various traditional Chinese medicine preparations and synthetic drugs for the treatment of children’s autumn diarrhea in vitro.Result To select and summarize the more effective methods for the evaluation of the in vitro efficacy of the drugs in the treatment of children’s autumn diarrhea.Conclusion To provide a strong reference for clinical rapid treatment of autumn diarrhea in children.
