摘　　要：信访档案作为对信访工作的如实记录,在档案管理中除了要保证信访档案的完整性和安全性外,还必须将其利用起来,以档案作为对照,不断地提升信访工作质量、提高信访服务水平,才能树立信访部门的良好形象。随着时间的推移,信访档案的数量也在不断增加,管理压力也随之上升。通过推进信访档案管理的信息化建设,一方面可以简化信访案件的收集、归档等工作流程,另一方面也为信访档案的利用带来了技术上的便利。该文首先概述了信访档案精细化管理的内涵,随后就信访档案管理信息化的现实意义,以及如何完成信息化建设展开了简要分析。As a true record of petition work,petition archives should not only ensure the integrity and safety of petition archives,but also be used to improve the quality of petition work and the level of petition service,so as to establish a good image of petition department.With the passage of time,the number of petition files is also increasing,and the management pressure is also rising.By promoting the information construction of petition file management,on the one hand,it can simplify the collection and filing of petition cases.On the other hand,it also brings technical convenience for the use of petition files.This paper first outlines the connotation of the fine management of petition files,then analyzes the practical significance of the information of petition file management and how to complete the information construction.
