防冻处理对枇杷幼果低温冻害的影响

摘  要:在冷空气来临之前,采用灌水、套袋、熏烟、防冻剂1号等4种处理进行保护枇杷幼果试验.结果表明,4种处理在一定程度上对枇杷幼果均有不同程度的防冻效果,降低了冻害率和冻害指数,除灌水处理,其它处理的冻害率和冻害指数差异达显著水平,防冻效果以防冻剂1号最好.横径≤1.0cm、横径1.0~1.5cm、横径≥1.5cm的枇杷幼果对低温处理的响应存在差异,幼果冻害率和冻害指数随幼果横径增加而降低.Before the advent of cold air,four treatments such as irrigation,bagging,smoking,and antifreeze No.1 were used to protect loquat young fruits.The results showed that the four treatments have different degrees of antifreeze effects on loquat young fruits to a certain extent,and all reduced the freezing injury rate and freezing injury index.Except for the irrigation treatment,the differences of freezing injury rate and freezing injury index among the other treatments were significant,and No.1 antifreeze agent was the best in antifreezing effect.Young loquat fruit with transverse diameter≤1.0cm,transverse diameter 1.0-1.5cm,and transverse diameter≥1.5cm have different responses to low temperature treatment.The freezing injury rate and freezing injury index of young fruit decrease with the increase of young fruit transverse diameter.
