摘 要:为探讨ISSA PGPR技术在波海湖的应用效果,自2017年7月至2019年4月,连续2年对其水质进行采样与监测.分析监测结果:第二年较第一年总氮降低31.8%,总磷降低40.0%,化学需氧量COD降低42.6%,尽管叶绿素a含量与上一年差异不大,但水体总的营养水平有所下降;第二年营养状态TSI指数为45.49,较上一年降低19.2%.研究结果表明ISSA PGPR技术在波海湖生态修复中可明显降低水质总氮、总磷浓度,但透明度改善不明显,水质营养水平为中营养型,水质稳中向好,扭转了水体富营养化发展趋势.To investigate the application effect of ISSA PGPR technology in Bohai Lake,water quality was sampled and monitored for two consecutive years from July 2017 to April 2019.The results show that in the second year,the total nitrogen decreased by 31.8%,the total phosphorus decreased by 40%,and the COD of chemical oxygen demand decreased by 42.6%compared with that of the first year.;that although the chlorophyll A content was not much different from that of the previous year,the total nutrient level of water decreased to some extent.The results also show that the ISSA PGPR technology could significantly reduce the concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in Bohai Lake,but the transparency was not significantly improved.The water quality was mesotrophic,and the water quality was stable,reversing the development trend of eutrophication.
