摘  要:以3种不同硅铝比的HY分子筛HY-1,HY-2,HY-3为吸附剂,在小型固定床评价装置上进行SO 2动态吸附试验,考察HY分子筛的SO 2吸附性能,得到饱和吸附容量与分子筛硅铝比的关系。采用BET比表面积测试、X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱和CO 2 O 2程序升温脱附等分析手段对HY-1,HY-2,HY-3进行物理化学性质表征,并将表征结果与SO 2动态吸附试验结果相关联。结果表明:随着硅铝比增大,HY分子筛HY-1,HY-2,HY-3的SO 2穿透时间依次减短,饱和吸附容量依次减小,增大硅铝比不利于HY分子筛吸附SO 2;HY分子筛的SO 2饱和吸附容量与其表面碱性位含量成正比;分子筛对SO 2的吸附性能与其表面氧物种和含量直接相关,随硅铝比增大,HY分子筛表面化学吸附氧含量依次降低,其化学吸附SO 2的量也依次降低。Three HY molecular sieves HY-1,HY-2,HY-3 with different ratios of Si Al were used as adsorbents to perform experiments of SO 2 adsorption in a fixed bed device.The relationship between saturation adsorption capacity and Si-Al ratios of the sieves was investigated.Physicochemical properties of HY molecular sieves were characterized by BET,XRD,XRF,CO 2 O 2-TPD techniques and correlated with SO 2 saturated adsorption capacity.It was shown by the results that with the increase of Si Al ratio,the SO 2 penetration time of molecular sieves HY-1,HY-2 and HY-3 decreased in turn,and the saturated adsorption capacity decreased in turn,indicating that increasing Si Al ratio is not conducive to adsorption of SO 2 by HY molecular sieves and that the SO 2 saturation adsorption capacity of HY molecular sieve was directly proportional to the basic content on its surface.It was found that the adsorption performance of molecular sieve for SO 2 is directly related to the species and content of oxygen on its surface.With the increase of Si Al ratio,the content of chemically adsorbed oxygen on HY molecular sieve surface decreased in turn for the three sieves,and the amount of chemically adsorbed SO 2 decreased in turn.
