摘  要:基于激光器驱动的干涉型光纤陀螺是近年来国内外光纤陀螺研究的新热点,但半导体激光器作为一种窄线宽的高相干光源,将其用于干涉型光纤陀螺又会重新引入瑞利散射、Kerr效应和偏振交叉耦合等非理想特性进而影响陀螺的精度,因此有必要将半导体激光器的线宽加宽后再使用。为实现半导体激光器的线宽展宽,建立了基于高斯相位调制的光谱展宽卷积模型,利用OptiSystem仿真分析验证线宽展宽效果;通过搭建光路进行实验验证,实验结果证明,通过所提出的展宽方法可以将线宽10 MHz的激光器的光谱展宽成线宽11 GHz的光谱。为干涉型光纤陀螺中半导体激光器的应用提供了基础保证,具有一定的工程应用价值。Laser-driven interferometric fiber optic gyroscopes are a new hot spot in the research of fiber optic gyroscopes at home and abroad in recent years.However,as a high-coherent light source with a narrow linewidth,semiconductor lasers will reintroduce Rayleigh scattering,Kerr effect,polarization cross-coupling and other non-ideal characteristics to interferometric gyroscope,which will affect the accuracy of the gyroscope.Therefore,it is necessary to widen the line width of the semiconductor laser before using it.A spectral broadening convolution model based on Gaussian phase modulation is established to widen the linewidth of semiconductor lasers,and the linewidth broadening effect is verified by OptiSystem simulation analysis.The experiment is carried out by building an optical path,and the results show that the proposed broadening method can expand the spectrum of a laser with a line width of 10 MHz into a spectrum with a line width of 11 GHz,which provides a basic guarantee for the application of semiconductor laser in interferometer fiber optic gyro and has certain engineering application value.
