陕甘宁边区“组织起来”的合作政策及其成就(1943—1945)

摘　　要：1943年后,毛泽东首次在陕甘宁边区提出“组织起来”的合作政策。此后,任弼时、朱德、陈云等多次要求边区实行“组织起来”的合作政策。《解放日报》也多次呼吁边区“组织起来”发展边区生产。中共中央西北局、边区政府按照中共中央、毛泽东“组织起来”发展生产的指示精神,组织成立各种合作社,积极发展边区合作事业。中国共产党领导下的其他各民主抗日根据地也积极贯彻实施“组织起来”的合作政策。由于实行“组织起来”合作政策这一经济建设的重大举措,陕甘宁边区合作事业飞速发展,边区农业取得前所未有的成就,并成为延安大生产运动主要标志之一。After 1943,Mao Zedong first proposed the“to be organized”cooperation policy in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area.Since then,Ren Bishi,Zhu De and Chen Yun repeatedly asked the border areas to implement the“to be organized”cooperation policy.Liberation Daily had also repeatedly called on the border area“to be organized”to develop production.The Northwest Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the border area government organized and established various cooperatives in accordance with the spirit of the“to be organized”of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Mao Zedong to actively develope cooperation.Other democratic anti-Japanese bases under the leadership of the Communist Party of China also actively implemented the“to be organized”cooperation policy.Due to the implementation of the“to be organized”cooperation policy,a major measure of economic construction,the cooperation in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area developed rapidly,and the agriculture in the border area had achieved unprecedented development,which became one of the main symbols of the Yan′an mass production movement.
