摘  要:城市机动车数量的增长加剧了城市日益增长的停车需求与有限的停车空间的矛盾。传统的停车场,效率低,自动化低,不能满足飙升的停车需求。为了改善全市的交通管理,有必要开发综合的城市停车的管理平台。鉴于窄带物联网的独特优势,提出了一个基于NB-IoT的城市智能停车场和无线传感器网络的管理平台(WSN),旨在释放城市停车资源的全部潜力。介绍了NB-IoT无线通信和车牌承认(LPR),解释了整体架构和面向NB-IoT的城市智能停车的处理算法的方案。然后拟定的计划与传统的无线通信技术形成对比。结果证明,该计划胜过了传统计划。虽然NB-IoT还处于初始阶段但是这项研究将大大推动了中国物联网的发展。The fast increasing in the number of motor vehicles has aggravated the contradiction between the growing parking de mand and the limited parking space in urban areas.The traditional parking lot,featured by low efficiency and poor automation,fails to satisfy the soaring parking demand.To improve the traffic management across the city,it is necessary to develop an integrated manage ment platform for urban parking lots.In view of the unique advantage of Nar row Band-Internet of Things(NB-IoT),this paper pro poses an urban smart parking management platform based on the NB-IoT and wireless sensor network(WSN),aiming to unlock the full potential of urban parking resources.After briefly introducing the NB-IoT wireless communication and license plate recognition(LPR),the author explained the overall architecture and the image processing algorithm of the NB-IoT oriented urban smart parking plan.Then,the proposed plan was contrasted with traditional wireless communication tech-nology.The results proved that the pro posed plan outperformed its traditional counterpart.This research will give a great impetus to the development of the IoT although NBIoT is still in its nascence.
