摘　　要：文章探讨Gaussian 09和ChemOffice Ultra 12.0软件联用在化学教学中的具体应用,如有机化学、波谱解析课程教学,尤其对手性分子的三维空间结构、红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱及电子圆二色谱等知识点的理解与归属、分子轨道电荷布局进行具体概述。帮助学生在课堂上生动形象地理解知识点,提高课堂趣味性及学生学习兴趣,进一步提高教学水平与质量。同时,让学生了解量子化学软件在红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱及电子圆二色谱解析中的应用,了解化学研究的前沿手段,有利于开阔学生视野,培养学生解决实际问题的科研能力。The application of Gaussian 09 and ChemOffice software in organic chemistry and wave spectrum analysis were researched.The understanding and attribution of knowledge points,molecular orbital charge layout of three-dimensional structure,infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet absorption spectrum and electronic circular dichroism spectroscopy of chiral molecule were introduced.It is helpful for understanding knowledge point vividly in class and improving the classroom fun and enthusiasm.And further improve the level and quality of teaching.Meantime,it will benefit for understanding the application of quantum chemistry software in infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and electronic circular dichroism analysis and understanding the forward position of chemical research.
