摘  要:三七种植对生境有着极为严苛的要求,环境的微小变化都会带来三七的皂苷含量的改变。通过spss软件分析发现,三七的皂苷含量与海拔具有显著相关性,海拔在1200m以上成负相关,2500m是获得符合《药典》皂苷含量标准要求的种植上限。应用GIS技术进行叠加分析得出:坡度和坡向均对三七的皂苷含量有影响。坡度小于5°的区域不适宜三七种植,坡度在5°—25°区域内获得高皂苷含量三七的概率较大,之后随坡度增加获取高皂苷含量三七概率减小,但也能够较稳定获取符合皂苷含量标准的三七;偏北向获得高皂苷含量三七概率较低且获得不符合皂苷含量标准的概率高,而正东向、正南向和正西向获得高皂苷含量三七概率高且获得不符合皂苷含量标准的概率低。海拔、坡度和坡向都是对改变局地地区光照、水分和热量来对三七的皂苷含量产生影响。Panax notoginseng cultivation has very strict requirements for habitats,and minor changes in the environment will bring about changes in its saponins content.SPS software analysis showed that Panax notoginseng content was significantly correlated with altitude,which was negatively correlated with altitude above 1200 m.2500 m was the upper limit of planting which met the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia saponin content standard.The results of overlay analysis with GIS technology showed that slope and aspect had an effect on the content of Panax notoginseng saponins.The area with slope less than 5 degrees is not suitable for Panax notoginseng cultivation.The probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content is higher in the area with slope between 5 degrees and 25 degrees.The probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content decreases with the increase of slope,but it is also able to obtain Panax notoginseng with stable saponin content standards.The probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content is lower in the North direction.The probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content is high,while the probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content in the east,South and west directions is high,and the probability of obtaining Panax notoginseng with high saponin content is low.Altitude,slope and slope direction all influence the content of Panax notoginseng saponins by changing local light,moisture and heat.
