急救护理路径在银环蛇咬伤重症患者急救护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨急救护理路径在银环蛇咬伤患者急救护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年11月收治的银环蛇咬伤患者60例,按随机表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予毒蛇咬伤常规护理干预,研究组给予急救护理路径,观察比较两组患者入院处置时间、机械通气时间与住院时间,并对预见性气管插管、紧急气管插管、肺部感染与意外拔管等指标进行比较。结果两组患者经不同急诊护理干预后,研究组患者在入院处置时间、机械通气时间与住院时间方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而且研究组患者在预见性气管插管、紧急气管插管、肺部感染与意外拔管等指标上均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论急救护理路径应用于银环蛇咬伤患者急救护理中的效果显著,可缩短救治时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the first-aid nursing path in the first-aid nursing of patients bitten by Bungarus multicinctus.Methods Sixty patients with silver ring snake bites admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a research group.Patients in the control group were given routine bite nursing interventions,and patients in the research group were given emergency care paths.Compare and analyze the treatment time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients,as well as predictive tracheal intubation,emergency tracheal intubation,pulmonary infection and accidental extubation.Results After different emergency nursing intervention,the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group in the time of hospitalization,mechanical ventilation and hospitalization(P<0.05),and the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group in the predictive tracheal intubation,emergency tracheal intubation,pulmonary infection and intentional extubation(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the first-aid nursing path to the first-aid nursing of the patients bitten by Bungarus multicinctus has significant effect,which can shorten the time of treatment and hospitalization,reduce the rate of complications,and improve the efficiency and quality of treatment,which is worth popularizing.
