耳穴疗法联合刮痧在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴疗法联合虎符铜砭刮痧在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用效果。方法选择2019年5~12月我院就诊的2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者75例,随机分为对照组37例和观察组38例。对照组给予甲钴胺注射液治疗,同时采用糖尿病护理常规及糖尿病周围神经病变常规护理措施;观察组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴疗法(取耳穴:内分泌、皮质下、迷走神经、胰、神门、交感)联合虎符铜砭刮痧治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平[空腹静脉血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2h-PG)]、Toronto临床系统评分(TCSS)、神经传导速度(NCV)评分[包括正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)]。结果观察组治疗前后的FPG、2h-PG、TCSS、MNCV、SNCV评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组治疗前后FPG、2h-PG、TCSS、MNCV、SNCV评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组治疗后的FPG、2h-PG、TCSS、MNCV、SNCV评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论耳穴疗法联合虎符铜砭刮痧对调节糖尿病周围神经病变患者的血糖水平、控制神经症状、提高神经传导速度的疗效确切,能促进机体康复。Objective To explore the effect of ear acupuncture combined with Hufu Copper Gusha in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Included in May 2019-12 months in our hospital clinic,75 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy,37 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 38 cases,control group given a cobalt amine injection application,using conventional and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in diabetes care routine nursing measures,observation group on the basis of the given points therapy(take the points:endocrine,subcortical,vagus nerve,pancreatic,door god,sympathetic)joint Hufu Copper Gusha,Blood glucose levels(FPG of fasting venous blood glucose and 2hPG of 2hPG after meal),TCSS of Toronto clinical system score,and NCV of nerve conduction velocity(including MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were statistically significant differences in FPG,2hPG,TCSS,MNCV and SNCV scores in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in FPG,2hPG,TCSS,MNCV and SNCV scores in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The FPG,2hPG,TCSS,MNCV and SNCV scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear-point therapy combined with Hufu Copper Gusha is effective in regulating blood glucose level,controlling neurological symptoms and improving nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can promote the body recovery.
