摘　　要：产后出血是一种严重的并发症,尤其是瘢痕子宫,如再次实施剖宫产,则极易发生产后出血,危及产妇生命。本文从瘢痕子宫产后出血的预防及治疗方面进行了综述,重点介绍了物理治疗中的低频电脉冲治疗,为产后出血的治疗和预防提供参考。Postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication,especially for patients with scarred uterus,if cesarean section is performed again,it is very easy to produce postpartum hemorrhage and endanger the life of the mother.Therefore,this article reviews the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of scarred uterus.In the middle of the treatment,low-frequency electrical pulse therapy in physical therapy is introduced,which provides a reference for the treatment and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
