摘 要:从煤炭产业与环境生态本质的共生关系出发,针对现有评价体系指标获取的随意性以及评价等级划分的模糊性,综合利用PSIR模型和SEM模型进行指标体系的构建与修正,并建立煤炭产业生态L-V模型对煤炭产业生态协调性进行量化分析,结合二维等级判断,得出我国2006—2015年煤炭产业与生态的协调发展情况和各个煤炭大省的协调度等级水平。结果表明:我国近年来煤炭产业与环境生态处于较低的协调发展状态,但数个产煤大省(山西,内蒙古,河南等)的产业生态协调度偏低,在发展煤炭产业的过程中对生态环境造成了较为严重的破坏,与现有的研究结果基本相符。In order to scientifically measure and evaluate the relationship between coal industry development and environmental issues,this paper starts from the symbiotic relationship between the coal industry and the nature of environmental ecology,aiming at the randomness of the index acquisition of the existing evaluation system and the fuzziness of the evaluation classification,comprehensively use PSIR model and SEM model to construct and modify the index system,and establish the coal industry ecological L-V model to quantitatively analyze the ecological coordination of coal industry.Combined with the judgment of two-dimensional level,the coordinated development of coal industry and ecology in China from 2006 to 2015 and the coordinated dispatching level of each coal province are obtained.The results show that China’s coal industry and environmental ecology are in a relatively low state of coordinated development in recent years,but the industrial coordination of several major coal-producing provinces(Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Henan,etc.)is low,the process of developing the coal industry has caused more serious damage to the ecological environment,which is basically consistent with the existing research results.The method is scientific and reasonable,and the results are reliable.It provides a more scientific structured and quantitative means for coal industry and environmental ecological coordination evaluation.
