摘　　要：目的探索介入性超声治疗腹腔感染性病灶的有效性和安全性。方法将120例腹腔感染性病灶患者根据单双号随机化法分为对照组(60例,开腹手术)和观察组(60例,介入性超声)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术后24、48 h体温低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白水平、血小板计数、白细胞计数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入性超声用于腹腔感染性病灶患者中的效果显著,可提高治疗的安全性,利于术后恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of abdominal infection lesions.Methods A total of 120 patients with abdominal infection lesions were divided into control group(60 cases,open surgery)and observation group(60 cases,interventional ultrasound)by randomized single and double method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature at 24 and 48 h after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of C-reactive protein,platelet count and white blood cell count in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional ultrasound applied in patients with abdominal infectious lesions has a significant effect,it can improve safety of treatment and facilitate postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
