摘  要:目的探讨罗哌卡因联合右美托咪定对胸腔镜手术患者术后疼痛、恢复的影响。方法将60例胸腔镜手术患者根据抓阄随机化分组法分为观察组(30例,罗哌卡因联合右美托咪定麻醉)与对照组(30例,罗哌卡因麻醉)。比较两组的麻醉效果、疼痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分、不良反应发生情况、PSQI评分及MMSE评分。结果两组的清醒时间、睫毛反射消失时间、睁眼时间及不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后即刻、术后6、24、48 h,观察组的VAS、Ramsay镇静评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,观察组的PSQI评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合右美托咪定对胸腔镜患者术后麻醉的效果显著,可降低疼痛程度,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the effects of ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative pain and recovery in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery were divided into observation group(30 cases,ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia)and control group(30 cases,ropivacaine anesthesia)according to random grouping by lot drawing.Anesthesia effect,pain score,Ramsay sedation score,adverse reactions,PSQI score and MMSE score were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in awaking time,eyelash reflex disappearance time,eye opening time and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).It immediately,at 6,24 and 48 h after operation,the VAS and Ramsay sedation scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine has significant effect on postoperative anesthesia of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery,which can reduce the degree of pain and improve the prognosis of patients.
