超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术对胎儿心脏大动脉畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术对胎儿心脏大动脉畸形的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月接受检查的疑似胎儿心脏大动脉畸形的孕妇89例作为研究对象,所有孕妇均接受超声心动图检查,然后予以断层超声显像技术检查。以新生儿心外手术或病理尸检结果为标准,比较分析单纯超声心动图与超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术诊断胎儿心脏大动脉畸形的价值。结果超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术诊断的导管弓切面、上下腔切面显示合格率高于单纯超声心动图(P<0.05)。超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术的图像质量满意率为98.88%,高于单纯超声心动图的92.13%(P<0.05)。结论采用超声心动图结合断层超声显像技术诊断胎儿心脏大动脉畸形,有助于提高诊断效能,减少误诊、漏诊情况,为临床处理提供可靠依据,值得推广。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of echocardiography combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging technology in fetal cardiac great artery malformation.Methods Eighty-nine pregnant women with suspected fetal cardiac great artery malformation who received examination from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women underwent echocardiographic examination,and then were given tomographic ultrasound imaging technology examination.The value of echocardiography alone and echocardiography combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac great artery malformation were compared and analyzed based on the results of neonatal extracardiac surgery or pathological autopsy.Results The display qualified rates of catheter arch section,upper and lower lumen section diagnosed by echocardiography combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging technology were higher than those by the echocardiography alone(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of image quality of echocardiography combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging technology was 98.88%,which was higher than 92.13%of echocardiography alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac great artery malformation is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficiency,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
