摘  要:软磁复合材料因其具有三维各向同性磁性能、涡流损耗低、磁芯设计灵活等优点,广泛应用于各类电子器件。一体成型电感常用的原料为高磁导率、低直流偏置特性的铁硅铬合金粉末,为了提升其饱和电流,在不同条件下对羰基铁粉末使用磷酸二氢铝进行钝化处理,之后加胶造粒并压制磁环。测试了磁环的电感特性、密度、绝缘电阻、直流叠加特性。结果表明,磷酸二氢铝对羰基铁粉末有很好的绝缘包覆效果,且增加磷酸二氢铝用量及提升反应温度,都可以改善包覆效果,但是会降低粉末的磁导率与磁环密度。在磷酸二氢铝用量为0.5%、反应温度为80℃时,磁环绝缘电阻可达2730 MΩ,绕制13.5匝铜线、加载10 A电流条件下,归一化磁导率可达92%。Soft magnetic composite material has been widely used in various electronic devices because of its advantages of three-dimensional isotropic magnetic property,low eddy current loss,and easy and flexible core design.The integrated inductor commonly uses silicon chromium iron alloy powder with high permeability and low DC-bias as raw materials.In order to improve the saturation current,the carbonyl iron powder was passivating treated using aluminum dihydrogen phosphate under different conditions,and then was pressed to ring core,the inductance,density,insulation resistance and DC-bias characteristic of the ring core were measured.It shows that aluminum dihydrogen phosphate was well coated on carbonyl iron powder,and increasing both the amount of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and the reaction temperature can enhance the coating effect,but will reduce the permeability and density of the core.For 0.5%dosage of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and reaction temperature 80℃,the ring core features an insulation resistance of up to 2730 mΩ,and DC-bias characteristics of up to 92%(13.5 turns winding,10 A current)
