摘 要:针对舰载短波接收机在复杂短波电磁背景环境下其接收信道缺乏大动态范围的问题,提出一种新的短波高线性度开关型混频器模型并研制了高线性度混频器,显著提高了混频器的三阶互调截止点值(IIP3),同时实现了较小的变频损耗,改善了接收机无杂散动态范围(SFDR)。通过对混频器变频损耗、IIP3与导通电阻、中频端口阻抗等电路参数关系理论分析、推导,提出并建立了高性能无源混频器的等效电路模型,进一步定量分析了中频端口阻抗对混频器IIP3的影响。模型分析结果表明,相较于配置高中频端口阻抗的混频器,配置低中频端口阻抗的混频器其三阶互调产物幅度值改善了约20dB,依据高性能无源混频器的等效电路模型研制了短波开关型混频器,采用不同类型的中频滤波器表征模型里的中频端口阻抗。实测结果表明,级联短路型中频滤波器的混频器IIP3高于级联开路型的约6 dB,验证了理论分析的正确性与设计方案的可行性。Due to the lack of wide spurious free dynamic range(SFDR)when the shipboard short-wave receiver in the complex EM environments,a novel short-wave high linearity switching mixer model is provided.The SFDR and the third-order intercept point of the receiver can be improved when the short-wave mixer is applied.Analysis of the relation between input referred third order intercept points(IIP3)of the mixer and the IF filter impedence,and a related model is given.The estimated results show that the third-order intermodulation distortion of the mixer with the IF filter,which out-of-band impedence is short,is better than the mixer with the IF filter,which out-of-band impedence is open.And the third-order intermodulation distortion is improved for 20 dB.The mixer is designed and the measured results show that IIP3 is improved for 6 dB.The measured results verify the feasibility of the model for the novel short-wave high linearity switching mixer.
