摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅速发展,环境风险评价开始被越来越多的人关注,它是风险评价和环境影响评价两者持续发展所产生的较为关键的决策工具。环境风险评价可以使人们对风险有更加清晰的认识与理解,利于人们在第一时间找出科学合理的办法对风险进行管理,从而使人们的生命财产安全得到保障。一直以来,化工园区的安全规划问题都是政府部门十分重视的问题,若是因为该问题引起事故,必定会危及人民群众的生命财产安全。本文主要以甘肃省园区环境风险为研究对象,对化工园区环境风险评价方法以及如何管理该风险这两个重要内容进行了详细分析,旨在使化工园区的建设更加安全,降低其风险性,以期为同行业者提供参考。With the rapid development of China’s economy,environmental risk assessment has begun to attract more and more attention.It is a more critical decisionmaking tool resulting from the continuous development of both risk assessment and environmental impact assessment.Environmental risk assessment can make people have a clearer understanding and understanding of risks,and it is helpful for people to find a scientific and reasonable way to manage risks in the first time,so as to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.The safety planning of chemical parks has always been a problem that government departments attach great importance to.If an accident is caused by this problem,it will definitely endanger the lives and property of the people.This article focuses on the environmental risk of Gansu province parks as a research object,and conducts a detailed analysis of the two important contents of the environmental risk assessment method of chemical parks and how to manage the risk.It can also provide a reference for those in the same industry.
