摘  要:针对汽车零部件加工过程中产生的含油工业废水,含油量高,可生化性差,难直接进行生化处理,采用磁性纸带过滤器去除铁屑及可见固体杂质,利用油水分离器去除水中悬浮油,再采用超滤膜去除乳化油及大分子颗粒,出水含油量<20mg/L,去除率达99.8%。有效提高了废水的可生化性,后续采用SBR工艺去除水中有机物,出水COD<200mg/L,氨氮<30mg/L,符合污水排入城镇下水道标准,可达标排放。High-concentration oily wastewater from automobile parts manufacturing was hard to be treated by biological process directly.The following methods were adopted to remove iron filings and big solids by paper belt filter.Then suspension oil was separated by oil separator.Ultra filtration membrane was used to separate emulsified oil and macromolecular substance from raw wastewater.After physical treatment,the concentration of petroleum was below 20 mg/L with the removal rate of 99.8%and can be treated by biological treatment easily.SBR was deeply treatment method to remove Organic substance.The effluent concentrations of COD and NH4-N were below 200 mg/L and 30 mg/L,which achieved the standard discharge.
