摘 要:为有效处理含氨氮废水,选用沸石分子筛为载体,以氢氧化钠为改性试剂,以氨氮吸附率作为活性评价指标,通过正交实验设计确定了NaOH碱改性沸石分子筛吸附剂的最佳改性条件。实验结果表明:当NaOH浓度为1.5 mol·L-1,加热温度为80℃,浸渍时间为6 h,并于600 W微波功率下作用2 min所制得的NaOH碱改性沸石分子筛吸附剂具有最高的吸附性能,工作120 min后对氨氮的吸附效率已达到83.54%。并考察了氨氮初始浓度及水温对改性沸石的氨氮吸附性能的影响,实验表明氨氮吸附效率随氨氮初始浓度及水温的增大而增大,而当氨氮浓度低至10 mg/L时,改性沸石作用120 min后对氨氮的吸附效率亦在60%以上,当水温为37℃时,改性沸石作用60 min,氨氮吸附率已高至85.57%。In order to effectively deal with wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen,the zeolites modified by sodium hydroxide were used.The optimum modification conditions of zeolites were determined by orthogonal experimental design.Meanwhile,the adsorption properties of zeolites modified by sodium hydroxide were studied.The results show that the adsorbent of zeolites modified by sodium hydroxide has high adsorption activities,when the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 1.5 mol·L-1,the heating temperature is 80℃,the dipping time is 6 h,and the adsorbent is activated by microwave at 600 W for 2 min.After reaction for 120 min,the adsorption efficiency of ammonia nitrogen has reached 83.54%.In addition,the effects of and water temperature on the adsorption of modified zeolite were investigated.The the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen results demonstrated that the adsorption efficiency of ammonia nitrogen increased with the increase of the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen and water temperature.When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was as low as 10 mg·L-1,the adsorption efficiency of ammonia was more than 60%after 120 min.And when the water temperature was 37℃,the ammonia adsorption has been as high as 85.57%by the action of modified zeolite for 60 min.
