乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病患者应用乌梅汤加减与盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗效果情况。方法方便选取2018年10月-2019年10月在该院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础给予乌梅汤加减治疗。将两组临床血糖指标及不良反应进行记录和对比。结果观察组HbAlc(6.13±0.60)%、FPG(6.23±0.25)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.02±1.03)mmol/L等临床血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.579、9.900、4.816,P<0.05);观察组中医症候评分(4.23±0.65)分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.077,P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为5.00%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用乌梅汤加减与盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗,能够显著调控患者血糖指标,有效降低不良反应发生,安全性更高。Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of ume soup and metformin hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group was convenient treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the observation group was given ume soup on the basis of the control group.After the addition and subtraction treatment,the clinical blood glucose indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results Observation group HbAlc(6.13±0.60)%,FPG(6.23±0.25)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.02±1.03)mmol/L and other clinical blood glucose indicators were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.579,9.900,4.816,P<0.05);the observation group's TCM symptom score(4.23±0.65)points is lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.077,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.00%lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of ume soup and metformin hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly regulate the blood glucose index of patients,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have higher safety.
