超声引导下肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究在超声引导之下实施肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉操作的临床运用价值。方法方便选取2017年4月-2019年11月在该医院接受臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的66例患者开展该次研究调查,分组方法采用随机数字表方式,每个组别最后纳入33例,实验组采用在超声引导之下实施肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉操作方法,参比组采用在神经刺激仪引导之下实施肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉操作方法,观察两组患者麻醉优良率、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果实验组麻醉情况优良率(100.00%)对比参比组(87.88%)上升,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.258,P=0.039<0.05);实验组麻醉效果满意率(93.94%)对比参比组(75.76%)上升,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.242,P=0.039<0.05);实验组麻醉不良反应率(3.03%)对比参比组(18.18%)下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.995,P=0.045<0.05)。结论在超声引导之下实行肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉操作展示出较优临床使用效果。Objective To study the clinical application value of the anesthesia operation of brachial plexus block under the guidance of ultrasound.Methods A survey of 66 patients who underwent brachial plexus block anesthesia in our hospital from April 2017 to November 2019 was convenienty selected.The data of each group was distinguished using a random number table method.The final enrollment of each group was 33 patients.The experimental group adopted the ultrasound-guided intermuscular sulcus approach brachial plexus block anesthesia method,and the reference group adopted the neurostimulator-guided intermuscular sulcus approach brachial plexus block anesthesia method,Observe the good rate of anesthesia,satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results The rate of excellent anesthesia in the experimental group(100.00%)increased compared in the reference group(87.88%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.258,P=0.039<0.05);the experimental group of satisfied anesthesia effects(93.94%)increased compared with the reference group(75.76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.242,P=0.039<0.05);The adrerse reacton cate(3.03%)decreased compared with the reference group(18.18%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.995,P=0.045<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound,the anesthesia for brachial plexus block with intermuscular groove approach has shown better clinical use.
