摘 要:目的分析纳米丝素纤维敷料促进大鼠深度烧伤创面愈合效果。方法选取40只SD雄性大鼠建立深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,建模成功后将大鼠随机分为模型组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。模型组烫伤后予以常规纱布覆盖创面处理,观察组采用纳米丝素纤维敷料覆盖创面处理。观察两组大鼠敷药后1、2、3周后的创面愈合率、新生毛细血管数、成纤维细胞计数。结果观察组大鼠敷药1周后的创面愈合面积,新生毛细血管数,成纤维细胞计数要明显优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大鼠敷药2周后创面愈合面积,新生毛细血管数和成纤维细胞计数均明显优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大鼠敷药3周后创面愈合面积明显高于模型组,新生毛细血管数和成纤维细胞计数低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米丝素纤维敷料能明显促进大面积深度烧伤创面愈合,促进新生毛细血管和成纤维细胞再生,缩短深度烧伤的愈合时间。Objective To analyze the effect of nano-silk fibroin dressing on promoting deep burn wound healing in rats.Methods 40 SD male rats were selected to establish a deep second degree burn model.After successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into a model group(n=20)and an observation group(n=20).The model group was treated with conventional gauze to cover the wound after scald,and the observation group was treated with nano silk fibroin dressing to cover the wound.Observe the wound healing rate,the number of new capillaries,and the count of fibroblasts in the two groups of rats after 1,2,and 3 weeks after application.Results In the observation group,the wound healing area,the number of new capillaries,and the fibroblast count were significantly better than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the wound healing area,the number of new capillaries and the fibroblast count were significantly better than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing area of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the model group after 3 weeks of dressing,and the number of new capillaries and fibroblast count were lower than that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nano-silk fibroin dressing can obviously promote the healing of large area deep burn wounds,promote the regeneration of new capillaries and fibroblasts,and shorten the healing time of deep burns.
