复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的为了进一步探讨和分析针对湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的患者使用复方氟米松软膏进行治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取2019年5-10月来该院皮肤科确诊为湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的60例患者作为该次研究对象,按照入院先后顺序,将其分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组有30例患者使用复方曲安奈德尿素软膏进行治疗,实验组有30例患者使用复方氟米松软膏进行治疗,两组患者经过不同治疗后,对两组患者的治疗总有效率和患者的不良反应发生率做对比分析。结果经过治疗后,实验组有19例痊愈的患者,10例显效的患者和1例无效的患者,治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30)。对照组有15例痊愈的患者,6例显效的患者和9例无效的患者,治疗总有效率为70.00%(21/30),实验组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.680,P<0.05);实验组患者通过治疗后有1例患者出现毛细血管扩张的情况,发生不良反应几率为3.33%。对照组患者出现了3例毛细血管扩张、1例感染和2例皮肤萎缩的情况,发生不良反应的几率为20.00%,实验组的发生不良反应的几率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.040,P<0.05)。结论湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的患者使用复方氟米松软膏进行治疗,不仅有利于提高患者的临床治疗效果,对抑制患者不良反应的发生也有着积极的作用,而且使用复方氟米松软膏治疗过程中安全高效,提高了治疗效果,值得在湿疹皮炎类皮肤病临床治疗中推广和应用。Objective To further explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound flumethasone ointment for patients with eczema and dermatitis.Methods convenient select 60 patients who were diagnosed as eczema and dermatitis skin disease in the dermatology department from May to October 2019 as the research object,and divide them into a control group and an experimental group according to their admission order Among them,30 patients in the control group were treated with compound triamcinolone urea ointment,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with compound flumethasone ointment.After two groups of patients received different treatments,the total effective rate of treatment for the two groups of patients was compared,as well as the incidence of patients'adverse reactions.Results After treatment,there were 19 cured patients,10 markedly effective patients and 1 ineffective patient in the experimental group.The total effective rate of treatment was 96.67%(29/30).The control group has 15 cured patients,6 markedly effective patients and 9 ineffective patients.The total effective rate of treatment was 70.00%(21/30).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.680,P<0.05);one patient in the experimental group had telangiectasia after treatment,and the probability of adverse reactions was 3.33%.In the control group,there were 3 cases of telangiectasia,1 case of infection,and 2 cases of skin atrophy.The probability of adverse reactions was 20.00%.The feeling of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.040,P<0.05);Conclusion Patients with eczema and dermatitis skin diseases treated with compound flumethasone ointment not only help to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,but also have a positive effect on inhibiting the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,and the use
