督脉艾箱灸对肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨督脉艾箱灸对肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者生存质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将方便选取该院于2018年10月-2019年10月收治的100例肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组给予口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予督脉艾箱灸治疗。对比两组治疗前后临床症状评分、CRP、IL-1β、ESR等炎性因子水平以及SF-36生活质量评定量表评分。结果治疗前两组临床症状评分、CRP、IL-1β、ESR等炎性因子水平以及SF-36生活质量评定量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组临床症状评分中腰骶疼痛(1.14±3.01)分、脊背疼痛(1.44±1.11)分、外周关节肿胀(0.45±1.21)分,CRP(6.42±1.65)mg/L、IL-1β(1.461±1.33)pg/mL、ESR(15.26±4.86)mm/h等炎性因子水平以及均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.523、9.817、9.416,8.395、8.069、7.643,P<0.05)。SF-36生活质量评定量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用西药联合督脉艾箱灸可有效改善肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎患者临床症状和血清炎性因子水平,同时提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion in the Dude Vessel moxibustion on the quality of life of patients with ankylosing spondylitis of the Kidney-Yang deficiency type.Methods According to the random number table method,Convenient select 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney-yang deficiency who were admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomLy divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 cases.The sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets were treated by the observation group on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,CRP,IL-1β,ESR and other inflammatory factors levels and the SF-36 quality of life rating scale scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores,CRP,IL-1β,ESR and other inflammatory factors levels and SF-36 quality of life rating scale scores before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Sacral pain(1.14±3.01)points,back pain(1.44±1.11)points,peripheral joint swelling(0.45±1.21)points,CRP(6.42±1.65)mg/L,IL-1β(1.461±1.33)pg/mL,ESR(15.26±4.86)mm/h and other inflammatory factors were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.523,9.817,9.416,8.395,8.069,7.643,P<0.05).SF-36 quality of life rating scale scores were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Western medicine combined with moxibustion of the vasculature can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with renal Yang deficiency type ankylosing spondylitis,while improving the quality of life of patients.
