摘  要:某型号低温透平安装于测试平台上进行实际工况运转测试,其中部分压力传感器的联锁报警条件为幂函数关系式,存在使用不便的问题。为了改进联锁报警条件,首先利用幂函数计算了联锁报警压力,并进行了压力数值的单位换算,统一为国家标准单位,其次根据计算出的压力数据,采用MATLAB软件的二元线性回归方法,得到了近似的线性函数关系式,最终使该型号低温透平的压力联锁报警条件得到了快速而准确的设定。A certain type of cryogenic turbine was installed on the test platform for operating condition testing.The interlocking alarm condition of some pressure sensors was a power function relationship,which was inconvenient to use.In order to improve the interlocking alarm conditions,the interlocking alarm pressures were first calculated using a power function,and the unit conversion of the pressure values were unified into a national standard unit.Secondly,the binary linear regression method of MATLAB software was used.According to the calculated pressure data,an approximate linear function relationship was obtained,and finally the pressure interlock alarm condition of this type of turbine could be quickly and accurately set.
