摘　　要：乙烯裂解炉油急冷器法兰面易产生泄漏,在密封面及密封垫完好的前提下,主要原因是因为设备法兰螺栓上的预紧力不够且不均匀,这样温度发生较大波动时,很容易由于螺栓预紧力的变化或蠕变等因素而发生泄漏。针对泄漏问题,我们采用Z-WASHER垫圈来解决该问题。通过实际生产应用,解决了法兰面易泄漏隐患,保证了装置的长周期运行。Ethylene cracking furnace oil quencher f lange surface are prone to leak,under the premise of the sealing surface and gaskets are in good condition,the main reasons are the insufficient and uneven pre-tightening force of the equipment flange bolt,and so in great fluctuations of temperature,can easily lead to leakage due to the change ofbolt pre-tightening force or creep deformation factors for leakage problems,we use Z-WASHER to solve the problem,through actual production application,solved the flange surface leakage hidden danger,ensure the long period operation of the device.
