摘　　要：文章介绍了大连圣得环保新材料有限公司生产的SDT-508Q型脱炔氢催化剂在SGPE气相法聚乙烯装置中的应用情况。装置运行情况表明:SDT-508Q型脱炔氢催化剂可有效的脱除乙烯中的乙炔,且起活温度低,运行稳定,满足聚合工艺生产要求。This paper introduces the application of SDT-508Q deacetylation catalyst produced by Dalian Sander Environmental Protection New Materials Co.,Ltd.in gas phase polyethylene unit of SGPE.The operation of the unit shows that SDT-508Q deacetylation catalyst can effectively remove acetylene from ethylene with low activation temperature and stable operation to meet the requirement of polymerization process.
