摘  要:织构是影响镁合金塑性变形及成型性能的关键因素之一,镁合金中常见的基面织构导致合金室温成型能力差、各向异性等严重缺点。因此,通过弱化基面织构或增强非基面织构将有效地改善镁合金塑性变形能力、提高成型性能。近年来研究发现部分稀土镁合金经过再结晶后能产生弱基面/非基面织构("稀土"织构),因此,镁合金再结晶行为成为优化镁合金织构的一种有效途径。本文总结了近年来镁合金再结晶织构调控方面的研究成果,详细讨论了合金元素种类及含量对镁合金再结晶织构类型及强度的影响,为弱织构镁合金成分设计提供参考依据。同时,归纳了近年来镁合金再结晶形核及后续晶粒长大对再结晶织构的影响规律,总结了当前主流的镁合金"稀土"织构产生原理。Texture is one of the important factors affecting the plastic deformation and forming properties of magnesium alloys,the common basal texture in magnesium alloys leads to serious disadvantages such as poor form-ability at room temperature and anisotropy.Therefore,by weakening the basal texture or enhancing the non-basic texture,the plastic deformation ability and form-ability performance of magnesium alloy will be improved effectively.In recent years,it has been found that some rare earth magnesium alloys can produce weak basal texture or non-basal texture(named as"rare earth"texture)after recrystallization,therefore,the recrystallization behavior of magnesium alloy becomes an effective way to optimize the texture of magnesium alloys.This paper summarizes the research results of the texture modification of magnesium alloys by recrystallization.Effects of types and contents of alloying elements on the recrystallization texture and texture intensity of magnesium alloys are discussed in detail.This paper provides a reference basis for the composition design of weak-texture magnesium alloys.Meanwhile,the effects of recrystallization nucleation and subsequent grain growth on the recrystallization texture of magnesium alloys in recent years are summarized,and the mechanisms of producing"rare earth"texture of magnesium alloys are also summarized.
