摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机获得了LZ92镁锂合金在变形温度为210~300℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s^-1条件下真应力-真应变曲线,利用多元回归方法构建基于应变的LZ92镁锂合金流变应力预测模型。结果表明:流变应力受应变速率和变形温度影响,流变应力随着变形温度的升高而下降,且随着应变率的增加而增大。此模型能够较好地描述LZ92镁锂合金的热变形行为特征。经实验对比验证,该模型预测流变应力的精度较高,平均相对误差为6.73%,相关系数为0.98。The true stress-true strain curves of LZ92 magnesium lithium alloy at deformation temperature of 210-300℃and strain rate of 0.001-1 s^-1were obtained by using a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator,and a strain-based flow stress prediction model of the LZ92 magnesium lithium was established by using multivariate regression method.The results show that the flow stress is affected by the strain rate and deformation temperature,and the flow stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature,and increases with the increase of strain rate.The model can better describe the thermal deformation behavior characteristics of the LZ92 magnesium lithium alloy.By comparing with experimental results,the model shows high accuracy in predicting flow stress,and the average relative error is 6.73%and the correlation coefficient is 0.98.
