中老年糖尿病治疗过程中低血糖症诱发原因研究及防治策略

摘　　要：目的分析引起中老年糖尿病患者出现低血糖症状的原因并探究解决办法。方法回顾分析2017年6月—2019年6月在该院接受治疗的52例出现低血糖症的中老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,分析低血糖症诱发因素并提出相应的防治措施。结果52例中老年糖尿病患者中,低血糖诱因:有7例患者由于没有及时饮食出现低血糖症状,有3例患者是由于饮食不足引起,还有15例是由于使用了胰岛素引起,还有4例是由于患者嗜酒引起,还有12例是由于没有按照医嘱用药引起,还有2例患者合并呼吸道感染引发低血糖症状,合并胃肠炎引起的有9例。所有患者均经进食、急诊处理等治疗后症状缓解。结论中老年患者低血糖症状与患者未及时进餐、进餐不足等不良生活习惯与静滴胰岛素、用药不规范等用药不良情况所致,在中老年糖尿病患者低血糖症状治疗过程中,患者要培养良好的生活习惯,护理人员也要规范自己的护理行为,及时监测患者的各项生命体征变化情况,规范用药,预防低血糖症。Objective To analyze the causes of symptoms of hypoglycemia in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes and explore solutions.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 52 middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019,analyze the inducing factors of hypoglycemia and propose corresponding preventive measures.Results Among the 52 middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes,causes of low blood sugar:7 patients had symptoms of hypoglycemia due to lack of timely diet,3 patients were caused by insufficient diet,15 patients were caused by the use of insulin,and 4 patients caused by the alcoholism,another 12 cases were caused by failure to take medication according to the doctor's instructions,there were 2 patients with respiratory tract infection caused by hypoglycemia symptoms,and 9 cases caused by gastroenteritis.All patients were relieved of symptoms after treatment such as eating and emergency treatment.Conclusion The symptoms of hypoglycemia in middle-aged and elderly patients and poor lifestyle habits such as inadequate and inadequate eating of patients,as well as poor medications such as intravenous insulin and irregular medication,should be cultivated well in the treatment of hypoglycemic symptoms in middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients According to their living habits,nursing staff should also regulate their own nursing behavior,timely monitor the changes of patients'vital signs,standardize medication,and prevent hypoglycemia.
